Delete Your FieldNotes Account

FieldNotes accounts are only used to share territories. You can delete your account at any time. When you do, your account and your shared-territory data are deleted.

Delete your account in the app

  1. Open FieldNotes and tap the settings icon.
  2. Tap your name to open Edit Profile.
  3. Tap Delete account at the bottom of the screen.
  4. Enter your password and tap Delete account to confirm.

What is deleted

  • Your account, including your name, email address, and password.
  • Territories you shared, for everyone you shared them with, along with their house statuses, members, and invitations.
  • Your membership in territories other people shared with you.

Deletion is immediate and permanent. Your presentations, return visits, and territories stored on your phone are not affected, because they were never uploaded. You can remove them by uninstalling the app.

Can’t access the app?

Contact us through bjkayembe.dev and include the email address on your FieldNotes account. We will delete your account and its shared-territory data within 30 days and confirm by email.
